      lol. It does sort of stick out by itself, doesn’t it?

      This tells us what records the HDOH retains permanently and which are destroyed after a set amount of time. It documents when the first request for disposal of a particular kind of document was made and any revisions to the length of time that a record was to be kept.

      If something is listed for permanent retention then the HDOH has that record and must disclose it, redacting any portions which may be protected from disclosure.
